Account & Profile
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" and enter your email address. You can also sign up using Google.
How do I change my username?
Go to Settings > Profile and click on your username to edit it. Note: You can only change your username once.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team at support@ikufans.com to request account deletion.
Content & Uploads
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, and WebM formats. Maximum file size is 500MB.
How do I upload a video?
Go to your Dashboard and click "Upload Video". Fill in the details and upload your file.
Can I edit a video after uploading?
Yes, you can edit the title, description, and pricing from your video management page.
Payments & Subscriptions
How do I subscribe to a creator?
Visit the creator's profile and click the "Subscribe" button. Choose your payment method to complete.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscriptions and click "Cancel" next to the subscription you want to end.
When do creators get paid?
Creators receive payouts on a regular schedule. Check your dashboard for specific payout dates.
Privacy & Security
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and never store your full payment details on our servers.
Who can see my subscriptions?
Your subscriptions are private by default. Only you can see what creators you're subscribed to.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings > Security and follow the instructions to enable 2FA.
Creator Tools
How do I become a creator?
Submit an application through the "Become a Creator" page. We review applications within 24-48 hours.
How do I set my subscription price?
Go to your Creator Dashboard > Settings and set your monthly subscription price.
Can I offer free content?
Yes, you can mark any video as free to make it available to all users.
