Account & Registration

How do I create an iKuFans account?

On the sign-up page, enter your email and click “Send code”. We email you a 6-digit verification code that stays valid for 10 minutes; type it in and set your password to finish. The code is required — sign-up cannot be completed without it.

I didn't receive the verification code. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure the address is real and can receive mail — undeliverable addresses bounce and no code will ever arrive. Resending has a 60-second cooldown, and the number of codes you can request per hour is capped.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. One-click Google sign-in is available on the sign-in and sign-up pages, and it does not require an email verification code.

How do I change my username?

Go to your profile page (/profile) and edit the username there. It can be changed only once, ever, so choose carefully.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and enter your email. We send a reset link to that address; open it and set a new password.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@ikufans.com from the address registered on the account and ask for deletion. Support will confirm and process the request.

How does inviting friends work?

Every user has an invite code. Share your invite link or the QR code from your dashboard, or have your friend type the code manually in the sign-up form. When a friend registers with your code, you earn points.

Payments & Purchases

Which payment methods does iKuFans accept?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and cryptocurrency. Inside the Telegram mini-app you can also pay with Telegram Stars.

Is there a minimum payment amount?

Yes. Alipay orders must be at least 10 CNY and WeChat Pay orders at least 5 CNY. Anything below that is rejected by the payment channel before it reaches us.

What currency am I charged in?

Prices on the site are shown in USD. Alipay and WeChat Pay charge in CNY, converted at the rate configured by the platform, so the checkout screen shows a CNY amount.

I paid, but the content is still locked.

It normally unlocks within seconds. If it doesn't, wait a few minutes and refresh the page — an automatic reconciliation job confirms pending orders and delivers them. If it is still locked after that, email support@ikufans.com with the payment reference or order number.

Where can I see what I've bought?

Open the “My purchases” page in your dashboard. Everything you have paid for is listed there.

Can I get a refund?

Digital content is delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If you hit a payment error or were charged twice, email support@ikufans.com with the order number and we will look into it.

How long does a crypto payment take to confirm?

It depends on how quickly the network confirms your transaction, usually a few minutes. The page updates automatically once the payment is confirmed, so there is no need to pay again.

How do I pay inside the Telegram mini-app?

The mini-app opens a Telegram invoice and you pay with Telegram Stars. Alipay, WeChat Pay and cryptocurrency are available in the mini-app as well.

I only have a bank card — how do I pay with cryptocurrency?

Buy the crypto in a wallet first, then pay here. In MetaMask Mobile: tap Buy under your balance, choose the token and network, enter an amount, pick a payment method (debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or wire transfer), verify your identity on a first purchase, and confirm. Once it lands in your wallet, choose cryptocurrency at checkout. Note that this service is not available in every country, MetaMask charges a 1% fee, and whether credit cards are accepted depends on the provider in your region.

Subscriptions

How do I subscribe to a creator?

Open the creator's page on iKuFans and click the subscribe button. Choose the plan length you want, then select a payment method to complete the order.

What subscription plans are available?

iKuFans offers 1, 3, 6 and 12 month plans. Longer plans cost less per month — the 3, 6 and 12 month plans are roughly 10%, 15% and 20% cheaper than the monthly rate, and each creator can adjust their own pricing.

What does a subscription unlock?

You get access to every video that creator marked as subscribers-only, plus videos marked as "purchase or subscribe". It applies to that one creator only — each creator is subscribed to separately.

When does my subscription end?

A subscription runs for exactly the period you paid for and then expires. If you want to keep access after that, subscribe to the creator again.

Why does a creator show "subscriptions not open"?

That creator has not set a subscription price yet, so no plans can be sold. You can still buy their individual paid videos one by one.

Where can I see my subscriptions?

Go to the "My subscriptions" page in your dashboard. It lists every creator you are subscribed to and when each subscription expires.

Becoming a Creator

How do I become a creator on iKuFans?

Open your dashboard and submit the creator application form. Fill in the requested details and send it in — you can track the result from the same place.

How long does approval take?

It depends on the platform's current setting: applications may be approved immediately, or held for manual review by staff. Either way, you are notified by email once your application is approved.

How much of each sale do I keep?

Creators keep the majority of every sale, and the platform keeps the rest as its share. The exact split that applies to your account is shown on your earnings page.

My application was rejected — can I apply again?

Yes. Read the reason given for the rejection, fix the issue, and submit the application form again.

What should I do right after I'm approved?

Set your subscription price first — until you do, fans cannot subscribe to you at all. After that, start uploading videos and choose the visibility for each one.

Uploading & Content

Which video formats can I upload?

iKuFans accepts MP4, WebM, OGG, MOV and AVI files. MP4 is the safest choice because it plays in every modern browser.

My MKV file was rejected. What should I do?

MKV is not an accepted format, and browsers cannot play it back either. Convert the file to MP4 (H.264) with a tool such as HandBrake or FFmpeg and upload it again.

Is there a maximum file size?

Yes. The current limit is shown on the upload page before you select a file, so check there for the exact value. If your video is larger, compress it or split it into parts.

How do I upload a video?

Open your dashboard and click Upload, then drag your video file into the upload area or pick it from your device. Fill in the title, description, thumbnail and pricing details, and publish when you are done.

What visibility options are available?

There are four: public (free for everyone), subscribers only (for your active subscribers), paid (viewers buy this video individually), and purchase or subscribe (unlocked either by buying the video or by holding an active subscription). You can pick the mode when uploading and change it later.

What do tags and the target audience setting do?

Tags describe your video so viewers can find it through search and related content. The target audience setting (general adult or gay / BL) decides which of the two homepage sections your video appears in, so a video set to one audience will not show up in the other.

Can I edit a video after uploading it?

Yes. You can change the title, description, thumbnail, price and visibility at any time from My Videos. The video file itself cannot be replaced, so upload a new video if you need to change the footage.

Earnings & Withdrawals

How are my earnings calculated?

Your earnings come from subscription sales and single-video purchases, counted after the platform's share is deducted. The earnings page breaks the totals down for you.

Where do I check my balance?

The earnings page shows your available balance, amounts still processing, amounts already withdrawn, and your lifetime earnings.

How do I withdraw money?

Submit a withdrawal request from the earnings page: enter the amount and your payout details. Alipay, WeChat, bank card and crypto payouts are supported.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes, there is a minimum amount per request. The current figure is shown on the earnings page when you submit a request.

What do the withdrawal statuses mean?

A request moves from pending to processing to paid. If it is rejected, the amount is returned to your available balance; once paid, the request shows a payout reference.

How long does a payout take?

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid out manually by our staff, so timing varies with the review queue. If your request seems stuck, email support@ikufans.com with the request details.

Safety & Compliance

How old do I have to be to use iKuFans?

iKuFans hosts adult content and is only for users aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. An age confirmation appears on your first visit and must be accepted before you can browse.

How do I report a video?

Use the report option on the video page, or email report@ikufans.com with the video link and a short description of the problem. Every report is reviewed by our team.

How do I file a copyright complaint?

Rights holders can send a takedown notice for content that infringes their copyright. See the /dmca page for what a valid notice must contain and where to send it.

What about 18 U.S.C. § 2257?

iKuFans complies with records-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. The full statement and the custodian of records details are on the /2257 page.

Are my payments and subscriptions private?

Full payment details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on iKuFans servers. Your subscription list is private and is not shown to other users; see the /privacy page for details.
